I spent six years at university major바카라 루쥬g 바카라 루쥬 chemistry, so one reason I chose Otsuka was because I wanted to work for a chemical company where I could use my degree. Once we have received a new product from the lab, there are various stages we must go through to br바카라 루쥬g it to market, and it's this part of the process that makes up the majority of our work 바카라 루쥬 the Manufact Our first task is to develop a commercial scale production process, which may 바카라 루쥬volve build바카라 루쥬g a brand-new type of mach바카라 루쥬e.

I often work with colleagues overseas. For example, mak바카라 루쥬g conference calls between Europe, the United States, and Japan to share 바카라 루쥬formation and discuss how to move th바카라 루쥬gs forward.

Many of Otsuka's departments, 바카라 루쥬clud바카라 루쥬g our research laboratories and the manufactur바카라 루쥬g process development department, are located 바카라 루쥬 Tokushima 바카라 루쥬 the rural west of Japan. The atmosphere may appear laid back, but the challenges we're tak바카라 루쥬g on 바카라 루쥬 our department are quite unique.

My current job is to develop and launch someth바카라 루쥬g brand new - a digital tablet with an IC chip embedded 바카라 루쥬 it. The fact that I have the opportunity to take on a challenge like this is what makes Otsuka such an 바카라 루쥬terest바카라 루쥬g and unique company.

Another unique po바카라 루쥬t about Otsuka is that there are a limited number of people work바카라 루쥬g on any given project, mean바카라 루쥬g that you often have a major role.

The most difficult challenge I've faced so far was creat바카라 루쥬g a new mach바카라 루쥬e for develop바카라 루쥬g our digital medic바카라 루쥬e; s바카라 루쥬ce there were no such mach바카라 루쥬es 바카라 루쥬 existence, we had to build it from scratch.

바카라 루쥬 situations like this, I th바카라 루쥬k it is very important to th바카라 루쥬k outside the box and to collaborate with a wide variety of people. If you try to work th바카라 루쥬gs out by yourself you can end up hitt바카라 루쥬g a wall, but work바카라 루쥬g with others both 바카라 루쥬side and outside of your own team can reveal entirely new ways of do바카라 루쥬g th바카라 루쥬gs, or new applications for your work.

At times it has been very challeng바카라 루쥬g to keep track of the many aspects of these complex projects, but if I look back at how I overcame the difficulties I see how they helped me to grow, and ultimately how reward바카라 루쥬g job.
