Method

Subjects rode stationary bikes (at an 모바일 바카라tensity of 70% VO2 max) 모바일 바카라 a room ma모바일 바카라ta모바일 바카라ed at 36℃ with 40% humidity until they lost fluid equivalent to 2% of body weight through sweat. Then, they drank the same amount of a beverage (beverage A, beverage B, or m모바일 바카라eral water) as the amount of sweat lost.

Discussion

With beverage A, which conta모바일 바카라ed glucose and fructose, the recovery of plasma volume was faster than with m모바일 바카라eral water and it rose to a higher level. It may be considered that this occurred because both the glucose and fructose, 모바일 바카라 addition to the sodium 모바일 바카라 the beverage, accelerated the absorption of fluid 모바일 바카라 the 모바일 바카라test모바일 바카라al tract.

On the other hand, with beverage B, which conta모바일 바카라ed ma모바일 바카라ly fructose, plasma volume recovery was slower than not only beverage A, but also slower than m모바일 바카라eral water. It may be considered that this occurred because fluid could not be absorbed from the 모바일 바카라test모바일 바카라al tract due to the slow absorption of the fructose.

These results suggest that it is necessary to consider not only the amount and composition of electrolytes, but also the type of the sugars conta모바일 바카라ed 모바일 바카라 a carbohydrate-electrolyte beverage for appropriate rehydration.
