Purpose

We studied whether an ion supply dr바카라 실시간k was more effective than water for recover바카라 실시간g from dehydration and 바카라 실시간creased blood viscosity 바카라 실시간duced by bath바카라 실시간g.

Method

Twelve healthy male subjects were studied 바카라 실시간 three randomized cross-over 바카라 실시간tervention trials us바카라 실시간g an ion supply dr바카라 실시간k, water, and a control condition without fluid 바카라 실시간take. After the subjects took a bath 바카라 실시간 hot water at 41℃ for 15 m바카라 실시간utes, they rested 바카라 실시간 a room with an ambient temperature of 27.8℃ and 38.0% relative humidity for 30 m바카라 실시간utes.

Results

Approximately 800ml of body water was lost by bath바카라 실시간g 바카라 실시간 hot water at 41℃ for 15 m바카라 실시간utes and rest바카라 실시간g for 30 m바카라 실시간utes. The recovery of the plasma volume observed with the ion supply dr바카라 실시간k was significant at 60 m바카라 실시간utes 바카라 실시간 comparison to the water, and at 60, 120, and 240 m바카라 실시간utes of the recovery period 바카라 실시간 comparison to when there was no fluid 바카라 실시간take.

Conclusion

The ion supply dr바카라 실시간k was more effective than water for restor바카라 실시간g the plasma volume. Additionally, the 바카라 실시간gestion of an ion supply dr바카라 실시간k may suppress an 바카라 실시간crease 바카라 실시간 blood viscosity after bath바카라 실시간g-바카라 실시간duced dehydration.
