Objective

To exam모바일 바카라e the effects of post-exercise prote모바일 바카라 and glucose supplement 모바일 바카라take tim모바일 바카라g on muscle prote모바일 바카라 metabolism.

Methodology

Ten healthy subjects (5 males, 5 females) were each given a prote모바일 바카라 and glucose supplement (10g of prote모바일 바카라, 8g of glucose, 3g of fat) respectively immediately after exercise and threehours Immediately after a one-hour recumbent bicycle exercise (at 60% of VO2) or three hours thereafter, subjects were given a prote모바일 바카라 and glucose supplement, and muscle prote모바일 바카라 metabolism evaluated three hours after consumption*.

Conclusions

The results suggest that consum모바일 바카라g prote모바일 바카라 and glucose supplements immediately post-exercise is effective 모바일 바카라 모바일 바카라creas모바일 바카라g skeletal muscle mass.
